Singapore Land Group (SingLand) is set to transform Marina Square’s 6 Raffles Boulevard into a new “hyper-mixed” development, marking one of the most ambitious redevelopment projects in the Marina Bay precinct. The large-scale vision will introduce a new residential tower, serviced apartments, and a mixed-use tower integrated alongside the existing retail and hospitality offerings in Marina Square, creating a more connected live-work-play destination in the heart of the city.
Planned as a future-forward urban community, the redevelopment will also introduce a new 6,500 sqm public park along Raffles Avenue, designed with open green spaces, play areas, and event-friendly zones. Beyond residential living, the project aims to blend hospitality, commercial offices, lifestyle experiences, and performing arts into a single integrated environment. The development is also expected to connect to the Marina Bay District Cooling Network as part of its sustainability initiatives, reinforcing the district’s push towards greener urban infrastructure.
Developed by SingLand and UOL Group, the project represents a major new chapter for Marina Bay living, with panoramic waterfront views and seamless connectivity to some of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks, including Marina Bay Sands and the Esplanade. With plans progressing under the URA’s Strategic Development Incentive scheme, the redevelopment is poised to reshape the Marina Centre area into a more dynamic and contemporary destination for both residents and visitors alike.
