It’s a feast of flavours, in full bloom over at Food Republic, Suntec City (#B1-115). Reopening just in time for the new year, the food atrium returns with a refreshed theme and an all new mix of tenants that are bound to elevate your food court experience and whet your appetite.
With eight new stalls, the mix of cuisine ranges from authentic KL style noodles at The Noodle Memories to London Fat Roast that brings in the best quality Irish Ducks, known as “the Wagyu of Ducks”, to a food atrium for the first time. Also indulge in crowd favourites Yuen Kee Dumpling and First Street Fried Prawn Noodles, the labour of the esteemed founders of First Street Teochew Fish Soup. With these new food offerings and the refreshed thematic experience inspired by garden and botanical elements, Food Republic Suntec City continues to unite people through good food.

London Fat Roast
London Fat Roast by London Fat Duck brings the best quality Irish Ducks, known as “the Wagyu of Ducks”, to a food atrium for the first time, serving premium roasts to everyday diners. These ducks have been harvested at exactly 42 days old, ensuring the most tender of meats. A Hong Kong style restaurant, London Fat Roast uses a secret duck roasting technique and heritage recipe for their Signature Roast Duck that is flavourful and juicy. Don’t miss the Iberico Char Siew that is beautifully caramelised on the outside yet succulent and juicy inside, or the Hong Kong Crackling Pork Belly with the perfect crunch.
The Noodle Memories
Think authentic KL-style flavours. Founded in 2021 by two young KL-born hawkers who were missing a taste from home, The Noodle Memories uses a 30-year family recipe in their authentic KL-style Chilli Pan Mee. Noodles are handmade in store and tossed with a dried chilli mix made from 8 special ingredients for a rich and spicy kick that is not for the faint hearted. Capturing the warmth of tradition and the nostalgia of simple, soulful cooking made with love, go for the Specialty Jumbo Noodle 古月全滿麵 (chicken cutlet, minced pork, black fungus, a soft-boiled egg, homemade fried bean curd skin atop tossed handmade noodles) or Specialty Dry Chili Noodle 古月乾辣椒麵 (chilli, minced pork, black fungus, fried shallots, and a glistening poached egg atop handmade noodles).

Needing no introduction is the crowd favourite Yuen Kee Dumpling, where every dumpling is a testament to tradition and craftsmanship.
