Closely tied to Olivia Restaurant and Lounge—the establishment that helped spark Singapore’s obsession with molten-centred Basque cheesecakes—the brand has built a loyal following for its rich, indulgent take on the classic.
While the signature cheesecake remains a highlight, the JEM outlet showcases just how versatile the Basque format can be. Alongside familiar favourites is a dedicated “Flavour Collection” created for Singapore, expanding the range beyond the original with inventive variations that retain the dessert’s signature molten core.
Flavours include New York, Chocolate Coulant, Apple, Black Sesame, Matcha Strawberry, Pandan Kaya, and Gula Melaka, with the JEM-exclusive Pandan Kaya standing out for its fragrant pandan notes and well-balanced sweetness.
