The 52-seater space at Serene Centre now sports a minimalist, wood-accented interior — the perfect backdrop for a fire-fuelled menu that celebrates lesser-known cuts with finesse.
The spotlight falls on beautifully marbled Full Blood Wagyu Denver and USDA Prime Hanging Tender, cooked over flame for depth and intensity. New highlights include a fully vegetarian Karana Jackfruit Patty Melt and the Smoked Burratina with heirloom tomatoes, while long-time fans will be pleased to see the Sanchoku Wagyu Burger and Creamed Scots Kale making a triumphant return — buttered, browned, and better than ever.
Unorthodox yet approachable, Fat Belly 2.0 continues its mission to prove that flavour goes far beyond the prime cuts. It’s still the neighbourhood’s go-to for great beef, now with even more to savour.
