Terra Hill is a freehold condominium along Yew Siang Road in Pasir Panjang, District 5, jointly developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. Set on a 208,443 sq ft site, the development comprises 270 residential units ranging from two- to five-bedroom homes, as well as penthouses. With its freehold tenure, relatively limited residential development in the immediate vicinity and a mix of family-sized homes and larger penthouses, Terra Hill adds a sizeable new residential address to one of Singapore’s quieter southern neighbourhoods.
