Following its debut in February 2026, South Korea’s leading burger chain Lotteria is expanding west with its second Singapore outlet opening at Jurong Point this July.
Operated by lifestyle and F&B company Katrina Group, the new outlet marks Lotteria’s first expansion beyond Changi and its entry into the heartlands, bringing its signature Korean-style burgers and sides closer to diners in the west.
Founded in 1979, Lotteria was South Korea’s first hamburger chain and has remained a familiar household name for generations. Today, the brand operates more than 1,600 outlets globally across seven overseas markets, with Singapore among its latest international expansions.
THE SIGNATURES THAT STARTED IT ALL
The Jurong Point outlet will serve Lotteria’s best-known menu items, including two burgers that have become synonymous with the brand:
Ria’s Bulgogi Burger – One of Lotteria’s signature creations, featuring a juicy beef patty glazed in the brand’s sweet-savoury bulgogi sauce – a flavour profile that helped popularise Korean-style burgers across Asia.
Ria’s Shrimp Burger – A long-time fan favourite made with a crisp shrimp patty containing real shrimp chunks, paired with tartar and Thousand Island sauces for a lighter yet satisfying bite distinct from typical QSR offerings.
Also joining the line-up are crowd favourites such as Gangjung Chicken, Lotteria’s take on Korean fried chicken, and Shake Shake Nuggets – interactive nuggets seasoned by shaking them with flavoured powders including onion, cheese, or chilli seasoning.
As with the Jewel Changi Airport outlet, the Singapore menu remains pork- and lard-free to cater to a broader range of diners.
EXCLUSIVE MERCH AND OPENING SPECIALS – DETAILS COMING SOON
To celebrate the opening, Lotteria will also roll out exclusive merchandise drops and opening specials, with further details to be announced closer to launch.
“Our Jewel opening gave us confidence that there is strong demand for Lotteria in Singapore. Expanding to Jurong Point allows us to bring the brand closer to more Singaporeans in the west, and we’re excited to introduce even more diners to the Lotteria experience,” said Mr Alan Goh, Executive Chairman and CEO of Katrina Group.
