What started as Singapore’s first tofu gelato has grown into something bigger. TOFU G now opens its most ambitious space yet: a two-storey tofu dessert house at 97 Amoy Street.
Beyond its beloved live-churned tofu gelato that is available in more than 8 flavours now, the flagship introduces a brand-new creation: the Original Tofu Pudding. Served chilled in a signature glass jar, made from premium non-GMO soybeans, it is silky, barely sweet, and quietly addictive.
And this is only the beginning. More tofu pudding flavours and Tofu Tiramisu are set to launch soon.

TOFU G’s store is designed as a calm, Korean atelier-inspired dessert boutique. Natural materials like linen, unbleached cotton fabrics, and warm wood tones are used throughout the interior to cultivate a tranquil, clean atmosphere.
Soft neutral colors and minimalist decor details allow the focus to remain on the artisanal gelato experience, aligning with the brand’s clean and natural ethos. Traditional touches, such as a stone millstone feature, connect visitors with the origins of tofu and gelato, creating a space that feels modern yet rooted in heritage. Inspired by the concept of a modern hanok(한옥), a contemporary take on traditional Korean houses, the space blends heritage elements with clean, minimalist design.
