Silver Hill Duck, the fully integrated premium duck producer, and Yi Qian London Duck, the beloved Teochew-Cantonese restaurant group, have officially launched their innovative new ‘Roast Duck To-Go’ concept at Changi Airport Terminal 1.
The official launch, held in October 2025, marks the culmination of a successful three-year collaboration between the two brands. This strategic Changi Airport location, situated within the Transit Area of Terminal 1, is Yi Qian’s first airport outlet and the first concept of its kind, specialising in authentic Irish roast duck. This new stall will serve as a premier showcase for their new ‘Roast Duck To-Go’ offering.



Yi Qian London Duck builds on the acclaimed reputation of Yi Qian Private Dining. The restaurant is helmed by the experienced culinary leader, Hong Kong Chef Kong Ming, who refined his craft at prestigious establishments like Lei Garden and Crystal Jade Golden Palace.
The ‘Roast Duck To-Go’ is prepared using Silver Hill Ducks, known for their exceptionally high fat content, which ensures maximum flavour and tenderness when roasted. Each duck is expertly roasted and then meticulously vacuum-sealed using proprietary technology, preserving the authentic taste of Yi Qian London Duck as a luxurious culinary souvenir from Singapore.
