After 11 incredible years on Hongkong Street, beloved FOC Restaurant has found its new home at Keong Saik Road. Having re-opened its doors on 8 August, the modern Spanish restaurant is all ready to welcome back its loyal patrons and new friends alike. Intentionally designed to feel like the FOC one remembers, with familiar fixtures and wall stencils, every corner of the new space tells a story – one steeped in Catalan tradition, reimagined through food, design, and shared experiences.
Started by Michelin Star Chef Nandu Jubany and a group of local Spain-aficionados, FOC Restaurant is known for its authentic Catalan flavours through time-honoured dishes prepared with refined techniques. At the new location, patrons can look forward to an elevated menu of familiar Catalan dishes reimagined the FOC way: bold, playful, and full of character; as well as new highlights that include Wagyu Beef Oyster Blade & Mushrooms Paella, Charcoal-grilled Octopus, Momotaro Tomato Salad and more.Beyond the menu highlights, they can also indulge in daily specials featuring seasonal meats, seafood, vegetables and more, each crafted following traditional Catalan recipes.
FOC’s new Keong Saik home, with a capacity of 54 seats, can now host bigger groups at one seating. A more spacious private dining room is also available now, which comfortably seats up to 16 guests, perfect for intimate celebrations and special gatherings. Feel right at home as you discover the culture, warmth, and soul of Catalunya in the intentionally designed space that feels like the FOC you remember – preserving the original spirit and aesthetic designed by renowned Barcelona-based studio, Lagranja Design.
Various seating configurations are available, including bar counter seats perfect for a pre-dinner drink. This is set against the playful domino wall – a nod to the original FOC entrance. Diners will also notice the custom-made Porrón lamps hanging overhead, inspired by the long-spouted wine pitcher used in Spanish festive gatherings. This vessel also represents the area: communal, joyful, and subtly cheeky.

At the heart of the restaurant, the open kitchen remains, a signature feature that defines FOC’s dining experience. Other design touches include Els Capgrossos, oversized sculptures inspired by these traditional Catalan figures with exaggerated papier-mâché heads, often paraded during local festivals. They embody the spirit of Catalan celebrations, reflecting FOC’s commitment to infusing the space with the vibrant energy and cultural richness of Catalonia.
Patrons can now look forward to an elevated menu at FOC Keong Saik, an even more stellar showcase of Catalan culture – now even more so than ever. Expect familiar Catalan dishes reimagined the FOC way: bold, playful, and full of character. Alongside their beloved signatures, anticipate also new creations that highlight Catalan cuisine: a gregarious blend of Mediterranean flavours and hearty mountain fare. Don’t miss the new Wagyu Beef Oyster Blade & Mushrooms Paella ($38), featuring the fork tender protein and earthy, aromatic mushrooms in the al dente Bomba rice. The paella at FOC Keong Saik is now served in traditional cast iron pans – a nod to Spanish culinary heritage. This method enhances depth of flavour and delivers the iconic socarrat: the crispy, caramelised rice layer treasured in Catalonia as the mark of a perfect paella.
From the sea comes the fresh menu item, Charcoal-grilled Octopus ($34). This is served with pork jowl, a new form of the creamy potato-cabbage-bacon hash called ‘trinxat’, and the garlicky paprika ajada sauce originating from Galicia – the perfect match with any kind of coastal catch. From the land, have the new offering Momotaro Tomato Salad ($20), a summery yet cool garden with house-made tomato sorbet, chive oil, Spanish onion and hazelnut.
