This allows residents and visitors to enjoy top-quality yoga and Pilates classes in a welcoming environment. With True Fitness right next door, members can seamlessly incorporate yoga routines into their fitness regimen. The cosy studio offers approximately 30 classes per week, accommodating various yoga practices, including warm and hot yoga.
