The upcoming reopening of the Robertson Quay mainstay, cherished by locals and visitors alike for fifteen years, has sparked eager anticipation among Toby’s Estate’s loyal community. The renowned Australian coffee roaster is excited to reveal its comprehensive warehouse makeover, presenting a sophisticated urban vibe designed to resonate with modern consumers.
With a seating capacity of 55 indoors and 32 outdoor riverside spots, the revamped flagship promises an elevated customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere. Guests are invited to savor premium coffees and iconic Aussie café dishes.
Crafted by acclaimed Australian designers Atelier and Alpha, the revamped café embodies a contemporary aesthetic while celebrating Toby’s Estate’s coffee expertise. Aged brass finishes, including a striking feature wall and expansive brew bar bench tops, harmonize with warm timber accents, creating a refined yet industrial ambiance with high warehouse ceilings, polished concrete floors, and heritage clay brick walls.
Customers can immerse themselves in the coffee-making process at the all-new interactive Filter and Espresso bars, where Toby’s showcases its extensive coffee program featuring beans from South America, Africa, and Asia. With seven unique coffees rotating monthly, guests can explore a diverse range of flavors and experimental processing methods.
A standout feature of the coffee offerings is the Freezus menu, featuring high-end coffees frozen at their peak, including award-winning blends roasted by Toby’s over the years. Additionally, Toby’s introduces an enticing new canned Not Hot Coffee range (SG$5.30), featuring refreshing ready-to-drink cold coffees in three flavors: Oat Milk Latte, Cold Brew Black, and ‘Spro Tonic.
Adding to the daily coffee experience is Toby’s Estate’s latest Flavour Savour series addition – the Pandan Waffle! This limited edition blend pays homage to Southeast Asian tradition, boasting initial tasting notes of pine lime ice-cream, coconut cream, and melons with a lingering pandan aroma. Created in collaboration with Toby’s Head Roaster, Danny Cao, and coffee farmer Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia from Monteblanco, Colombia, this authentic blend is set to captivate the Singaporean community. Complementing the coffee offerings is an all-day menu featuring Australian café favorites, including breakfast classics, hearty bowls, and delectable sweets and pastries.
