What began as a passion for Hakka cuisine developed into a tangible dream to create a unique dining experience that would not only tantalize taste buds but also showcase the rich tapestry of flavors and ingredients from various culinary traditions. Drawing inspiration from the flavors of Mexican, European and Hakka, Martin brought his vision to life with the creation of “Martin’s Kitchen”, a restaurant that proudly introduces the concept of trinity cuisine, marking the first of its kind in Singapore. It is here, at “Martin’s Kitchen,” where the fusion of diverse culinary worlds is celebrated, enticing food enthusiasts from all walks of life.

Martin’s Kitchen is under the skillful guidance of Chef Cheng Wei Liang, who boasts more than a decade of culinary experience. Throughout his career, Chef Cheng Wei Liang has honed his skills and left his indelible mark on the culinary landscape by gracing the kitchens of esteemed establishments, including renowned names such as Super Loco, Ce La Vi and Brasserie Wolf.
