Dynasty Travel International, Singapore’s leading travel agency established in 1978, announces the completion of the first phase of its office renovation at 35 New Bridge Road. The renovation coincides with the completion of Dynasty Travel’s rebranding, including a new logo and look, reflecting the company’s push towards increasing desire for more experiential travel amongst Asian and global holidaymakers.
The improvements to the office and overall building serve to re-invent the trip planning experience for customers. The space is cosy and lounge-like, where travellers can drop by for a cup of tea cultivated by famed tea estates or sit down and read an array of travel books – including a ‘book of the month’ recommendation that will be made available.
The website has also undergone a refreshed facelift, with a new layout that puts the emphasis on travel ideas and inspirations. In line with the shift towards sustainable travel, clients will have access to a new Dynasty Travel app that will, amongst other things, deliver interactive travel itineraries with live updates and travelogue features, and in-app chat with a concierge team for enquiries and on-trip support.
