Homegrown fashion label Yumumu now joins the ranks with its brand spanking new flagship store in Ann Siang. Designer Lu Yilin draws inspiration from her artistic instinct and transcultural background. The space is beautifully minimalistic.
This Singapore-based womenswear label is built on the idea of respecting the wearer’s language, attitude and movements. Formal and streamlined at times, at others laid-back and sensual, the sensibilities of the modern woman are aptly captured in this juxtaposition.
The weight and weave of their textiles are closely considered in the construction and design of every garment, giving Yumumu a sense of precision not just in its impeccable tailoring but also in its choice of fabrication.
