The patisserie will take over the space previously occupied by the ice cream brand Sunday Folks, marking the end of a three-year collaboration between Bynd Artisan and Sunday Folks. Patisserie Woo, founded by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef Melissa Woo in 2012, brings a rich array of tarts, cakes, and gelato to the new outlet.
