The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak

Revel in an elevated hilltop dining experience at the brand new The Mirabilis Bar, with breathtaking iconic sunset views of southern Singapore.

Unwind and soak in the mesmerising spectacle of the city skyline bathed in the golden glow of the setting sun at The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak and Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak. These two establishments join Arbora to complete the suite of hilltop dining destinations on Mount Faber Peak, renowned for being one of Singapore’s best sunset viewing spots.

Named after the enchanting Four O’Clock flower that blooms in the late afternoon, The Mirabilis Bar opens its doors at the same time, offering a unique destination bar experience, complete with floral-themed cocktail creations. First launched in 2017, Dusk earned itself a reputation as one of Singapore’s top alfresco restaurants with the best sunset views. It reopens with a refreshed menu for every occasion, from celebrations to corporate get-togethers. Located side by side, both dining concepts offer a perfect backdrop for a romantic evening.

Mr Buhdy Bok, Managing Director, Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG), shared, “The launch of The Mirabilis Bar and the refreshed menu at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak marks a new chapter for hilltop dining at Mount Faber Peak. Diners can now enjoy a one-of-a-kind hilltop dining experience complemented by the scenic views of southern Singapore and the iconic Singapore Cable Car. Inspired by the beauty and fleeting nature of the Four O’Clock flower, The Mirabilis Bar reflects the essence of savouring the moment. Just as this flower blooms in the late afternoon, our bar comes alive too, offering a vibrant atmosphere and innovative floral-infused cocktails perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets.”

Experience Exclusive Sunset Vibes at The Mirabilis Bar

As evening sets at The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak, the vibrant hues of the five-metre tall Mirabilis flower-inspired centrepiece come alive against the colourful sunset sky. Each flower features luminescent vines that sway gracefully in the wind, creating a captivating sight. This dazzling display, illuminated for the perfect photo opportunity, adds to the bar’s unique ambience. Visitors will be able to enjoy a series of classic cocktails with a floral twist, specially curated by seasoned mixologist and acclaimed bartender, Anton Gornev. Each cocktail is meticulously crafted and presented in a pre-to-post-dinner sequence, aiming to complement the meal and whet appetites.

Following closely to the floral theme, The Mirabilis Bar’s creations are each crafted with a unique character. Incorporating a twist into the classic Mexican cocktail, the Chamomile Paloma (S$22) evokes a strong personality combining the bold profile of tequila with a delicate hint of chamomile for a refreshing twist and a mellow, honey-like sweetness, all meticulously infused in-house.

Signatures like the Hibiscus & Rose Sour (S$22) and Bergamot & Elderflower Negroni (S$22) bring out the tropical vibes of our sunny shores through their zesty, citrusy profiles. Smooth house-infused hibiscus rum meets the zesty lime and delicate rose syrup in the Hibiscus & Rose Sour. This refreshing blend harmonises floral notes with a twist, perfect as a pre-dinner aperitif.

The earl grey gin in the Bergamot & Elderflower Negroni provides a distinctive tea base from the bitter orange liqueur, complemented by the subtle sweetness of elderflower. This refined cocktail offers a balanced complexity that delights with every sip, ideal for aficionados exploring new dimensions of flavour.

Curated cocktails aside, The Mirabilis Bar also offers delectable bar bites to create a balanced and memorable culinary experience, ensuring that every visit is a celebration of flavours and ambience. Noteworthy among these unique curations are the Mirabilis Blossoms (S$20) – Confit Fjord Trout Tartare on Crispy Rice Paper – that mirrors the essence of the Mirabilis flower, and Watermelon Sashimi (S$14) – compressed watermelon slices accented with feta cheese crumble, white balsamic, and pine nuts. These dishes reflect Chef Cheok Wee Hiang’s vision to provide guests with delicious and visually appealing options that diverge from the greasier fare traditionally found in bars. Each bite is carefully crafted to effortlessly complement the bar’s floral-infused cocktails, ensuring a memorable palate sensation.
