Coach has unveiled a new lifestyle concept in Singapore with the opening of The Coach Bar, located within the Coach Play Singapore Shophouse along Keong Saik Road. This stylish bar replaces the former Coach Café and takes cues from the brand’s New York heritage. The space is bold yet intimate, dressed in rich red wallpaper and warm lighting—ideal for date nights or evening catchups. A standout design element is a wall filled with vintage cassette tapes, featuring an eclectic mix of genres from soul and funk to hip-hop and jazz, adding a nostalgic touch to the modern interior.
The food and beverage offerings are equally enticing. The menu elevates classic American bar bites with a refined twist—think shrimp cocktail ($22), caviar by the bump ($12) served on chips, and pastrami poppers ($16). Heartier dishes include the grilled cheese sandwich ($23) and a wagyu-loaded silver service hot dog ($30). For dessert, the signature sundae ($15) surprises with soft-serve topped with Sicilian olive oil and sea salt, striking a balance between indulgence and sophistication.
Drinks are a highlight, particularly the Proper Martini Service ($12), which lets guests customise their martinis at the table with garnishes such as pickled onions or blue cheese-stuffed olives. Signature cocktails include the Grey Goose espresso martini ($25) and the Tabby Disco Tea ($22), served with a Coach-branded citrus ice cube for a luxurious touch. The Coach Bar is open Thursday to Monday, from 4PM to 12AM, making it a chic new spot for evening drinks and elevated American fare in the heart of Singapore.
