Ginger.Lily Bar at Hilton Singapore Orchard introduces a new kind of cocktail experience with its multi-sensory concept, Synaesthesia 2.0. Here, every drink is designed to engage more than just the palate—flavour, aroma, sound, and even emotion converge to create an immersive journey. From a butter chicken-inspired Eau de Curry whisky cocktail accompanied by curated scents and soundscapes to playful creations like molecular mojito caviar, the menu is bold, inventive, and rooted in craft. The bar is helmed by Assistant Bar Manager Michael Mendoza, whose approach transforms cocktails into expressions of creativity and curiosity. Synaesthesia 2.0 highlights food-driven libations that draw inspiration from global flavours, with each drink carefully layered to awaken the senses in unexpected ways. By day, Ginger.Lily also offers an elevated afternoon tea featuring refined bites such as beef tartare, oysters, caviar-topped hen’s eggs, and Hokkaido potato churros. By night, the space transforms with genre-blending DJ sets on Fridays and Saturdays, along with guest appearances from top regional bartenders.
