CÉ LA VI Singapore is set to undergo an ambitious transformation of its Restaurant and Sky Bar from 17 March 2025, to June 2025. This renovation aligns with Marina Bay Sands’ multi-year redevelopment and its enhanced focus on luxury hospitality.
The extensive redesign marks a significant milestone as the homegrown brand prepares to celebrate its 15th anniversary with a bold reimagining of its legendary dining and entertainment spaces. Since 2010, CÉ LA VI has been symbolic of Singapore’s vibrant lifestyle scene, featuring exceptional cuisine, live entertainment, and exhilarating music against the stunning Marina Bay skyline.
“For 15 remarkable years, CÉ LA VI has been at the forefront of Singapore’s luxury lifestyle scene, creating unforgettable moments for guests from around the world. This transformation represents our commitment to elevating the exceptional experiences we’re known for, while honouring our Asian heritage and Singapore’s position as a global culinary and entertainment destination,” says Harry Apostolides, CEO and Co-founder of CÉ LA VI.
The renovation project will see the complete transformation of the venue’s celebrated Restaurant and Sky Bar spaces. In collaboration with Prospect Design International, the refreshed concepts will harmoniously blend contemporary design with Southeast Asian culture and character. The layout separates the venue into distinct, interconnected spaces each offering unique atmospheres, creating a cohesive and elegant flow throughout the space. The restaurant design unveils a reimagining of the venue’s renowned indoor and open-air settings, with an enlarged private dining room for intimate exclusivity. The indoor dining area is designed for versatility, effortlessly transitioning into a vibrant, high-energy environment courtesy of a striking new backlit onyx stone bar with wine cellar backdrop that seamlessly links the outdoor and indoor experiences. On the terrace, the new sky bar design evokes elegant lounging with casual seating and high tables.
THE PARTY DOESN’T END
CÉ LA VI’s Club Lounge will continue to operate, keeping the CÉ LA VI spirit alive during this exciting period of change. Open from 11 a.m. daily, the Day Lounge offers guests a chance to celebrate good times all day long. Starting Saturday, 29 March 2025, guests can elevate their weekend experience with Skyline Grill from 12pm to 6pm. This vibrant, family-friendly event will feature a craft beer pushcart station with beers on tap, alongside a mouthwatering selection of culinary delights. Highlights include the Skyline Platter (SGD168), featuring Australian lamb chop, and Margaret River Angus ribeye. Other specialities from the Club BBQ’s à la carte menu include the fresh Hokkaido scallops enveloped in Gochujang butter.
Once the sun drops, each evening unveils a distinct experience: Wednesdays kick off with Ladies’ Night, while Groove Room on Thursdays brings the rhythm of R&B and Disco. Higher on Friday brings an unmatched energy bolstered by Top 40 hits, hip-hop classics, and Afro anthems. On Saturday evenings, Elevate features acclaimed international DJs and local legends commanding the decks with house, techno, and electronic beats. Beachgoers can extend their weekend revelry with infectious Afro beats on Soul Kiss Sundays, when the Club Lounge embraces a relaxed dress code.
Apostolides reflects: “Today’s guests are seeking a journey to invoke all the senses – one that seamlessly combines exceptional cuisine, curated entertainment, and an unforgettable setting in one dynamic social space. At CÉ LA VI, we thrive in this atmosphere of continual reinvention. We aim to create a destination in itself, where guests come not only for the view but for the full spectrum of experiences that make CÉ LA VI unique. When we reopen in June this year, our guests can expect to discover a revolutionary dining and entertainment destination that pushes the boundaries of hospitality – while staying true to the spirit that has made CÉ LA VI an iconic Singapore brand.
