Punggol Digital District

Punggol Digital District, often referred to as “Singapore’s Silicon Valley” and the nation’s “first smart district,” is set to be completed in January 2025. Spanning 50 hectares, the development is expected to create 28,000 jobs in the digital and tech sectors while also housing the new campus of the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT).

The district will feature unique attractions such as sky terrace gardens equipped with study pods and a heritage trail linking Punggol Waterway Park to Punggol Point Park. These additions aim to blend innovation with leisure, enhancing the overall community experience.

Accessibility to the area has been improved with the opening of the Punggol Coast MRT station in December 2024, providing a convenient gateway to the district and its surrounding amenities.
