HarbourFront Centre is set for a major transformation. The familiar mall and ferry terminal will close in the second half of 2026 to make way for a brand-new 33-storey mixed-use development, with completion targeted for the first half of 2031.
The upcoming project by Mapletree Investments will feature 26 floors of Grade A offices, five levels of retail and lifestyle spaces, and a lush 13,000 sqm elevated park overlooking the Singapore Strait. Designed to bring work and leisure together, the new HarbourFront Centre will offer panoramic views of the sea, the Southern Ridges, and the city—creating a refreshing destination along the southern waterfront.
Sustainability will be a key focus, with green features such as solar panels, energy-efficient lighting, water-saving systems, and EV charging stations. Cyclists can also look forward to end-of-trip facilities connected to the Greater Southern Waterfront’s cycling network.
Flanked by VivoCity and HarbourFront Towers, and directly linked to HarbourFront MRT Station, the redeveloped HarbourFront Centre will also sit beside a new two-storey cruise and ferry terminal. Once completed, it promises to be a vibrant waterfront hub where business, nature, and recreation meet seamlessly.
