With Love, a curated retail destination championing independent brands with unique narratives, finds its permanent home in a four-storey heritage shophouse at 142 Neil Road. Nestled in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, the new address marks a defining chapter in With Love’s evolution—from its cult-following as a Keong Saik pop-up to becoming a permanent showcase of emerging talent and thoughtful retail experiences in the region.
Opened this month, the flagship debuts with a curated collection of 23 emerging and cult labels across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and beyond. Visitors can expect a slow-paced, story-driven retail experience spanning nearly 5,890 sqft, including brand-dedicated showrooms and thoughtful product displays.
“I was incredibly fortunate to come across this beautiful four-storey space — it felt like the right moment to create something lasting,” shares Mary Knickrehm Kumar, Founder of With Love. “At its core, With Love is about building accessible, collaborative spaces where independent brands can grow and be seen, especially as traditional retail becomes increasingly out of reach. For our shoppers, we also want to build a space where shopping feels intentional and personal, where people can discover something special and connect meaningfully with the things they bring home.”
A Regional Roster of Visionaries
In its new home, With Love expands its signature curation with a broader international roster—showcased across its core categories of womenswear, jewellery, handbags, and footwear, along with a limited menswear selection that’s set to grow. The opening line-up showcases 15 new brands from across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and the USA, joined by eight returning favourites—each handpicked for their style, quality and fresh take on everyday fashion.
● Jim Thompson (Thailand): Thailand’s heritage silk house makes a bold debut with menswear, women’s fashion, silk scarves, and their elegant bags at With Love.
● ClothesBar (Vietnam): Bringing their signature blend of effortless femininity, delicate tailoring, and Vietnamese charm to Singapore.
● Cult Suri (Indonesia): Delivering timeless, well-tailored pieces that celebrate the female form, responsibly produced in Jakarta, Indonesia.
● APOLUNA (Hong Kong): Conscious demi-fine jewellery made with 14k gold-plated sterling silver pieces and natural gemstones that balance beauty and durability.
● Beyond Collective (Philippines): A female-founded label offering handcrafted pieces made from deadstock fabrics—versatile, thoughtful, and made to last.
● Salt-Water Sandals (USA): Founded in 1944 in St. Louis, this heritage label is celebrated for its handmade, ocean-friendly leather sandals, prized for their durability, timeless design, and enduring craftsmanship.
Singapore’s homegrown talent are proudly represented, with fresh names like Lost & Fray, Silk Stories, Tippies (footwear), Sensibilities, and The Thread Theory bringing diverse perspectives to contemporary femininity. They join returning favourites like Paper Palette, known for its elevated everyday essentials, and Paradigm Shift Label, whose minimalist pieces have become staples for the modern Singaporean woman.

Each new brand begins with an eight-week residency, with a thoughtfully refreshed curation introduced every cycle. For guests, this creates an ever-evolving retail experience; one that balances discovery and familiarity, where every visit offers something new, yet remains anchored in the same ethos of intention, discovery, and community.
With Love is located at 142 Neil Road and is open daily, from 11:00am to 9:00pm (Sunday to Thursday) and until 10:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
