Australian frozen yoghurt favourite Yo-Chi has arrived in Singapore, opening its first international outlet at Orchard Central this August 2025. The launch drew early morning queues, with eager fans lining up as early as 9am. Established in Melbourne in 2012, the brand has grown to over 30 outlets across Australia and is known for its playful self-serve concept that lets customers customise cups of frozen yoghurt or acai.
At Yo-Chi Singapore, there are nine frozen yoghurt flavours alongside acai, including crowd-pleasers like cookies and cream, salted butterscotch, mango, matcha, chocolate, and the brand’s signature tart. The toppings bar offers more than 30 choices, from fresh fruits, compotes, jellies, and candies to mochi and sauces, with several toppings exclusive to Singapore such as coconut jelly and nata de coco. Seasonal rotations keep the selection fresh, while a Nutella fountain at the counter adds a decadent finishing touch.
The signature tart is Yo-Chi’s original and most iconic flavour, made with real Australian cows’ milk for a creamier texture and free from the icy finish common in other froyos. It is also 98% fat-free, packed with probiotics, and gluten-free, along with classic vanilla and salted butterscotch. Customers are free to mix and match as many flavours as they like, with options ranging from lighter fruity blends to richer, indulgent varieties. For those who prefer dairy-free, Yo-Chi introduces Singapore’s first self-serve acai concept. To complete the experience, the Orchard Central outlet features eco-friendly merchandise and a cheerful koala mascot greeting visitors at the door.
