Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine has officially opened at Jurong Point, bringing with it the bold, spicy flavours of traditional Hunan cuisine, reimagined for today’s diners. Known for its vibrant and fiery dishes, the restaurant offers a modern dining experience rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Hunan province. Signature dishes such as the Hunan Stir-fry Pork, Golden Broth Sour and Spicy Fish, and the crowd-favourite 18-Second Angus Beef Stir-fry are crafted with premium ingredients, including Iberico pork, screw pepper, and Wu Chang rice, ensuring quality and flavour in every bite.
Originally founded in 2009 on Smith Street in Chinatown, the brand began as “Hunan Restaurant” and quickly gained a loyal following. It later evolved into “Xiang Kitchen” and eventually rebranded as Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine in 2023, reflecting a unified identity built on 15 years of culinary excellence. Today, with 15 outlets across Singapore, the brand has become a household name for authentic, high-quality Hunan cuisine served in a warm, family-friendly setting.
What sets Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine apart is its dedication to both flavour and service. Each outlet is designed to deliver a seamless dining experience—with streamlined ordering, minimal wait times, and thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, ice cream, and a generous return policy. Now open at Jurong Point, the restaurant invites diners to savour the unmistakable taste of Hunan in a setting that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
