Recently revamped and refreshed, Wonderful Bapsang at Suntec City has transformed into a fully-fledged soondubu (soft tofu) stew specialist, bringing the comforting flavours of Korea right to the CBD. Helmed by Goldmoon Group — the team behind Tonshou, Seoul Noodle Soup, and the recent Yoon Yeong Dang pop-up — the restaurant now spotlights housemade tofu in all its forms, offering a menu that’s hearty, wholesome, and authentically Korean.
At the heart of Wonderful Bapsang’s menu are 13 varieties of soondubu, each crafted with freshly made tofu prepared daily in-house. Guests can even catch a glimpse of the tofu-making process at the open-front station. From soft tofu sets (from S$22.90) paired with proteins like beef, pork, and octopus to bubbling soft tofu hotpots (S$43.50) and tofu-forward side dishes, every bite highlights the ingredient’s delicate texture and nourishing appeal. For something more familiar, dishes like the stir-fried pork hot stone bibimbap (S$21.90) deliver the same satisfying kick of spice and comfort.
The newly redesigned space feels warm and welcoming, with wood-accented interiors and ambient lighting that invite diners to linger over a bowl of steaming stew. With its focus on natural ingredients, modern Korean flavours, and an unmistakable sense of heart, Wonderful Bapsang is poised to become Suntec City’s go-to spot for soulful, satisfying Korean comfort food.
