Discover The Gorgonzilla, a show-stopping newcomer built around a 200g dry-aged, full-blood Wagyu patty — aged to enhance its rich, buttery depth — topped with creamy Gorgonzola dolce, caramelized onions, and crisp cornichons, all held between fluffy brioche buns. Vegans will delight in the new Smokestack, a savoury stack of smoky grilled eggplant, portobello, smoked eggplant caviar, crispy beech mushrooms, and miso tahini, delivering bold flavour in every bite.
