A new expression of refinement arrives at Wenzhou Mansion, Singapore’s first and only Jiangsu-Zhejiang fine dining restaurant dedicated to Wenzhou cuisine.
Opened in Tanjong Pagar in August 2025, Wenzhou Mansion presents the culinary traditions of Wenzhou through time-honoured intangible heritage techniques and the natural flavours of East China Sea seafood. Distinctive and deeply rooted in tradition, the restaurant has quickly built a loyal following, offering diners rare access to one of China’s most nuanced regional cuisines.
Over the last ten years, Jiangsu–Zhejiang cuisine has seen a strong resurgence in China’s premium dining sector, increasingly shaping the direction of high-end Chinese restaurants, a testament to its refinement, versatility and growing global appeal. Within this tradition, Wenzhou cuisine stands as one of the four major schools of Jiangzhe cuisine, itself recognised among China’s eight great culinary traditions.
Born along the East China Sea coast, Wenzhou cuisine reflects the abundance of its maritime surroundings. It pairs pristine seafood with the mountain produce of southern Zhejiang, favouring clarity of flavour and precision over excess. Refined in the spirit of Jiangnan cuisine, it balances lightness with depth. At Wenzhou Mansion, these regional flavours are interpreted through a contemporary lens, creating a dining experience attuned to modern palates while remaining true to its origins.

Today, Li oversees two dining concepts with more than ten outlets across Wenzhou, Hangzhou and Shanghai, and continues to lead the culinary vision of Wenzhou Mansion, guiding its elevation, expansion and overseas development.
On The Menu
The menu at Wenzhou Mansion features over 120 dishes, offering a comprehensive overview of the cuisine, from cold appetisers and treasured broths to seafood, meats, seasonal vegetables, classic staples and refined desserts.
Signature dishes include Large East China Yellow Croaker with Scallion Oil, showcasing prized East China Sea yellow croaker, nicknamed “the gold of the sea” for its delicate flavour and distinctive golden hue. Lightly steamed to preserve its natural texture, the fish is finished with fragrant scallion oil to draw out its inherent sweetness. The Raw Marinated Wenzhou Swimming Crab highlights the cuisine’s confidence in freshness, curing sweet crab in an in-house blend of sauces, herbs and spices to enhance its natural flavour.
For bolder notes, Crispy Baby Roasted Duck with Peppercorn delivers crisp skin and tender meat, lifted with a restrained hint of numbing spice. Comfort comes in the form of Wenzhou Fish Ball & Pork Wonton Soup, a clear, hearty broth filled with springy fish balls and toothsome pork dumplings.
Dishes are available à la carte or as curated set menus, well suited for polished yet efficient business dining. Set lunch for two starts from $168, while set dinner for two starts from $238.

Dine in Elegance
Wenzhou Mansion presents a dining environment that is elegant and refined. A dark wood–toned dining room contrasts with the restaurant’s white-brick colonial façade, creating an atmosphere that is moody yet refined. Floor-to-ceiling windows introduce light and openness, while warm blinds and wooden furnishings lend a composed, understated elegance.
The restaurant offers seven private dining rooms for varying group sizes alongside a communal dining area, making it equally suited for intimate gatherings, business meals and celebratory occasions.
