Established in 1900 as a chicken shop in Japan, Tori Sanwa became Japan’s very first Oyako Don specialty restaurant, introducing their signature fluffy and moist Oyako Don dish. Currently, there are 92 outlets in Japan and 6 outlets in Taiwan (as of 2023).
Tori Sanwa achieved the creation of a mild Dashi compound by using carefully selected soy sauce, along with malt and bonito, which is paired with Japan’s renowned Chicken Nagoya Kochin. Remarkably, 70% of our customers consistently order the Oyako Don, resulting in over 2 million orders translated annually.
