Telok Ayer welcomes Tori San, a celebrated ramen concept from Taiwan making its first overseas debut in Singapore. Often described as “the Muji of the ramen world,” Tori-San offers a serene, minimalist dining experience built around the comforting warmth of its signature chicken paitan broth.
Crafted from 18-month-old hens and simmered to silky perfection, the broth strikes a balance between richness and lightness — deeply flavourful without being heavy. Each bowl of ramen comes topped with sous-vide chicken, grilled meatballs, and springy noodles, creating a wholesome harmony that’s both elegant and satisfying.
The menu extends beyond ramen to include yakitori and Japanese-inspired small plates, as well as local exclusives like Dan-Dan Noodles and yakitori with kimchi. Thoughtful touches — from a welcome yuzu slushie to a delicate scoop of vanilla ice cream at the end — make dining here feel quietly indulgent.
Calm, refined, and nourishing, Tori San is a soothing new addition to Singapore’s CBD ramen scene, joining the likes of Mensho X and Kiwami while carving a space all its own.
