The Food Place reopens with a sprawling 600-seater space and over 20 food stalls, welcoming a vibrant mix of returning favourites and exciting new names. Among the headliners is Ju Xing Fish, making its international debut with Singapore’s first sauerkraut fish express concept—backed by eight years of Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition in Hong Kong. Burger lovers can look forward to SMASH by BurgerLabo, which brings its gourmet smashed burgers to a food court setting, while Mon Kee Café introduces classic Hong Kong cha chaan teng flavours like silky Char Siew Scrambled Egg Rice and Satay Beef Macaroni. Kam’s Roast Express and LiXin Teochew Fishball Noodles round out the top five with their acclaimed roast meats and handmade fishballs, respectively.
Joining the lineup are beloved local and regional brands offering everything from heritage hawker fare to international comfort food. Look out for household names like Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo and Kinzo Japanese Cuisine, alongside Penang Jiak’s bold street food flavours, Padang Padang’s hearty nasi padang, and Fitra Chicken Rice’s halal-certified Hainanese classics. Korean flavours come to life at Hankang Pocha Express with rice sets and stews, while King Grouper Fish Soup delivers fresh, farm-to-table nourishment with premium collagen-rich broth.
Rounding out the culinary mix are diverse options to suit all cravings—PepperGrill’s hotplate sets, Spinach Chef’s antioxidant-rich noodle soups, Piao Xiang Mala’s fiery wok hei bowls, and the slow-simmered Chinese herbal broths of 滋鲜靓汤. Western fare is covered by Wikedo Western’s hearty grilled sets, and for halal diners, Go Teppan Go and Toast Junction offer teppanyaki and nostalgic breakfasts with local flair. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a casual dinner, The Food Place offers a destination-worthy dining experience that brings the best of Asia under one roof.
