The popular steakhouse, inspired by renowned steakhouse Flat Iron in London’s Soho, where Founder, Sheen Jet Leong, learned the ropes, The Feather Blade is a steakhouse focused on alternative cuts of steak, particularly the feather blade steak. As its name suggests, the only main is the elusive feather blade cut, also known as the flat iron cut, that is cut from the shoulder. In accompaniment are a range of classic and Asian-inspired sides and sauces. The beverage menu at The Feather Blade showcases a range of tipples from small-batch sakes to wines and cocktails.
The new outlet will uphold The Feather Blade’s core principle of serving alternative cuts of beef, notably the feather blade steak. Additionally, it will feature a seafood bar menu offering scrumptious treasures from the sea. The idea is to combine the boldest flavours of the land with the sweetest offerings from the sea, creating a surf and turf steakhouse experience marrying Singaporeans’ love for steak and seafood.
