Broth & Beyond — Yunnan Hotpot Arrives at CHIJMES with a Taste of Nature
Broth & Beyond is the newest restaurant to open at CHIJMES, and also marks the Yunnan hotpot brand’s debut in Singapore. Inspired by the mountainous province known as China’s “Natural Oxygen Bar,” the restaurant offers an ecological take on the traditional hotpot experience. Broths are at the heart of the concept — fresh, clear, and packed with the earthy flavours of Yunnan. Highlights include the Signature Black Truffle Assorted Mushroom and Premium Golden Fungus Chicken broths (both S$15.90), as well as a two-in-one Spicy + Pork Bone option (S$13.90) for those who want variety.
Positioned as more than just a hotpot destination, Broth & Beyond aims to bridge culture and cuisine.
