At The Coconut Club River Valley, expect a refreshed menu with new signatures like the Quail Goreng Berempah, and more classics and local favourites like the Singaporean Seafood Laksa. A bolder lemak experience, set within the vibrant, collaborative backdrop of New Bahru—they’re excited to ring in the kampong. Another River Valley exclusive is the Wagyu beef roti john, which sits in The Coconut Club’s expanded selection of coconut-heavy local favourites like laksa, sayur lodeh lontong, and soto ayam. The desserts shine too, such as the kueh sampler for delectable kueh kosui, kueh bingka, and kuah salat.
