All eyes are on Tambi, a casual Southern Indian and Korean eatery along Amoy Street. Dreamt up by chef-owners Mano Thevar of two-Michelin-starred Thevar and Sun Kim of one-Michelin-starred Meta, the first-of-its-kind concept attempts to meld flavours of two cultures.
The first casual restaurant in Singapore nestled on the city’s best street that specialised in Southern Indian-Korean cuisine. Inspired by our Michelin-starred Chefs and long-time friends, Chef Mano Thevar & Chef Sun Kim, mission to share their culture through food. Tambi reflects the depths, richness, and vibrancy of both countries’ diverse culinary traditions in a contemporary and enjoyable setting.
