Invoking the simple and nostalgic flavours of the sundaes of our childhoods, Sundae Royale delivers a premium, playful twist on artisanal smooth ice cream. All mixes are freshly home-made, from original recipes developed by Chef Paul Pairet, who applies his precision approach to both popular and personal favourites.
The Sundaes series unfolds in several lines: Simple Sundaes, Sundaes Liégeois – topped with home-made Chantilly – or Sundaes Crunch. Caramel-Butter-Soy Ice Cream, Pistachio-Cherry Sundae, Mango-Raspberry Melba, Strawberry Trifle, Chocolate Liégeois, and many more are freshly churned from original recipes developed by Chef Paul Pairet, who applies his precision approach to ensure each delivers the perfect texture, flavour, crunch and topping.
