Seoul & So has just opened at National Gallery Singapore, bringing Korean barbecue to the Gallery for the first time. As the latest addition to the Gallery’s growing mix of dining tenants, Seoul & So adds further diversity to the cuisines available within this iconic heritage space, offering visitors another way to encounter the Gallery through food and art.
Located on the Gallery’s Level 5, Seoul & So offers diners a rare opportunity to grill and gather among works of art. From their seats, guests can look out towards the Ng Teng Fong Roof Garden Gallery installations, creating a dining experience where food, architecture, and art meet – whether visiting by day or night.

Created by the award-winning team behind Seoul Restaurant (Conrad Singapore Orchard), Seoul & So is the Rhee siblings’ modern take on Korean barbecue. While the menu remains rooted in authentic Korean flavours and traditional cooking techniques, Seoul & So introduces a more lively and contemporary dining experience, with a choice of a la carte offerings or a tasting menu for sharing.
Weekday set lunches start from $35, and with flexible dinner formats, diners can enjoy a curated selection of premium meats, including Hanwoo (Korean beef) and Handon (Korean pork), alongside Japanese and Australian wagyu, USDA Prime and Iberico.

Dedicated grilling stations keep the experience interactive without overwhelming the table, allowing guests to enjoy the ritual of Korean barbecue while staying immersed in conversation.
With additions like Seoul & So, the Gallery continues to strengthen its role as a destination where visitors can meet, dine, and return.
Seoul & So’s opening hours are as follows:
- Lunch: 12pm – 3pm (Last Order 2pm)
- Dinner: 6pm – 10:30pm (Last Order 9:30pm)
