Yee-haw! Ride into this Year of the Horse with a new hidden restaurant Rodeo Table, tucked away in the basement of the Mint Museum of Toys. Recently opened in December 2025, it’s a casual dining eatery perfect if you’re down for bold flavours and a lively atmosphere. Surrounded with distinctive interiors and statement wall pieces, it’s an invitation to kick off your boots, and be lasso-ed in for hearty Tex-Mex favourites such as fajitas, tacos, buffalo wings, and sizzling skillets, thoughtfully adapted with subtle Japanese influences from just $4.80 onwards.
FOOD ARENA
Saddle up for a plethora of Tex-Mex comfort food that are fantastic for sharing with your fellow charros. These are great for just diving in with your hands, as the conversation keeps going and the drinks continue flowing.
A must-try are Rodeo Table’s signature Chicken Fajitas ($24.80++), featuring tender strips of marinated chicken flambéed to impart a dramatic, smoky depth of flavour. Instead of the usual chicken breasts, juicy chicken thighs are used, served on a skillet of mixed vegetables that are literally set on fire tableside. Swaddle these to your liking with house-made flour tortillas, alongside tantalising salsa, lime, and green salsa sauce. Other variations such as pork shoulder loin ($24.80++), beef ribeye ($28++), and just mushrooms and mixed vegetables ($19.80++) are also available.

Just rode in? A hot favourite at Rodeo Table are the Baby Buffalo Chicken Wings ($12.80++ for 10pcs, $20.80++ for 20pcs, $40.80++ for 40pcs), served with a bold Blue Cheese Sauce. Who’s the sheriff? Well, the best-selling flavour here is Spiced Dried, where these succulent wings are hand-tossed and seasoned with an aromatic blend of spices and chilli. For something sweeter and smoky, have the BBQ, or serve up some spice with Hot and Extra Hot.
You probably heard us taco-ing about Rodeo Table’s unique Tacos that will be loved by everyone, including neigh-sayers. Start off with Chef’s Tacos, a handsome herd that includes Original steeds: Yakitori Tsukune ($6.80++ per piece) and Bulgogi Beef ($7.80++ per piece); as well as Basics such as cajun-spiced Chicken Tinga ($4.80 per piece), and Carnitas ($5.80 per piece), pork belly stewed in orange.
Diners can even customise their own tacos. First, get the Base Set ($28.80++) that comprises an array of guacamole, fresh salsa, sour cream, lettuce, jalapeno, onion, pickles and 4 tortillas. Then, select 1 main dish, which includes options such as beef in Mexican chilli marinade, and Hawaiian Garlic Butter Shrimp. The final step is to order any add-ons, which can include more meaty fillings, soft tortillas, and other condiments like mixed cheese.
Moving onto the mane event: Rodeo Table showcases mains such as Tokyo Jambalaya ($23++), a fusion take on this savoury rice dish from boot-shaped US state Louisiana, known for its distinct cowboy culture. It’s a one-pan stir-fry of meat or seafood, with onion, celery and bell pepper, spices and rice. This Japanese take uses beef, alongside onion, beansprouts, jambalaya sauce and curry-flavoured rice, all topped with a sunny-side-up egg that resembles a scrumptious yakisoba but with rice. There’s also all the usual burgers, steaks, and even Okinawa Taco Rice.
Cool down, cowboys, with an extensive range of original cocktails that include Frozen Margaritas ($18++ per glass, $55++ per pitcher). These are available in a tasty trio: Lime, Strawberry, and Mango. There’s also of course Homemade Sangria ($12++), Mojitos ($13++ for Tropical, $12++ for Lime Mint, $13++ for Sakura), and even tipples like Original Singapore Sling ($18++), refreshing Pink Matador ($15++), Rodeo Blazer ($18++) that’s ignited at the table, and a whole collection of Tequilas!

RANCH VIBES
As you descend into this Tex-Mex basement hideaway in Singapore’s bustling city centre, grey urban concrete melts away into a warm-lit interior, accented with black-and-white chequered floors, wooden ceiling beams and furnishings, and a blazing orange counter akin to riding into the sunset.
While there are no swinging saloon doors to barge into, Rodeo Table instead brings understated elegance with its contemporary neon-sign accents, vintage hanging lamps, industrial-chic floor-to-celing bottle displays, and even a decorative wall mount of a bull’s head.
Despite this Lone Star makeover, the main character of the Mint Museum remains, with its vintage toys and childhood memorabilia from over 40 countries ranging between the years of 1840s to 1980s seamlessly blending into this space.
