Queic by Olivia has officially arrived at Jewel Changi Airport, marking a new milestone for the beloved cheesecake brand. This latest outlet is the first tribute-boutique dedicated solely to cheesecakes—an extension of the renowned Olivia Restaurant & Lounge from Barcelona to Singapore. At the heart of Queic is the signature Olivia cheesecake, a hand-crafted dessert perfected by Olivia’s mother, Celina Franco, known for its rich, creamy texture and distinctive blend of cream and blue cheese atop a soft, crumbly almond sable crust.
The concept was born from the success of the original cheesecake served at Olivia Restaurant & Lounge, a celebrated eatery in Barcelona with a popular presence in Singapore. Collaborating with Chef Pablo, pastry innovator David Gil from I+Desserts, and their respective teams, the brand has developed a full range of flavours and textures that cater to both traditional and adventurous cheesecake lovers alike.
Queic by Olivia continues to grow, with locations now across Singapore. In addition to the flagship store at 41 Kreta Ayer Road and the Scotts Square branch, the newest outlet at Jewel offers travellers and dessert enthusiasts a taste of what many call one of Singapore’s best cheesecakes.
