PAUL Le Café’s newest outlet brings authentic Parisian charm to the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. Building on PAUL’s 135-year heritage of French baking, PAUL Le Café presents a casual and contemporary take on the neighbourhood French boulangerie. Designed with those working in the bustling business district in mind, it combines convenience with the simple pleasure of an ‘à la française’ café experience – ideal for a quick morning coffee to a leisurely afternoon break.
Warm and inviting, the 38-seater space features comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. Soft terracotta-reds and deep greens create a cosy environment inspired by the coffee cherries, where CBD workers can take a moment to recharge.
PAUL Le Café celebrates a simple truth that captures the essence of French café culture; ‘French croissants and coffee are best friends’ – a playful way of describing the perfect pairing that makes any day better. Here, the barista brews coffee using PAUL Le Café’s signature blend of 100% Arabica beans, roasted in France and Rainforest Alliance certified, while bakers prepare fresh viennoiseries, pastries and a small selection of cake throughout the day.
At the heart of PAUL Le Café is its mouthwatering selection of freshly-baked goods that showcases the art of French baking and is crafted with the finest ingredients such as French butter.
Signature viennoiseries include the quintessential golden and flaky Croissants ($4.20), toothsome Pain au Chocolat ($4.50), and fruit-filled delights such as the Grillé Pomme ($4.80), a caramelised latticed puff pastry oozing with apple compote, and Anglaise Abricot ($4.80) topped with delicate apricot slices and creamy custard. Stunning pastries such as decadent éclairs, fruity tartlets and colourful macarons in a medley of flavours are also available.
Besides quality coffee, PAUL Le Café also offers a selection of specialty beverages, the likes of the signature PAUL Macaron Frappé ($9.90), Oncteaux (from $7), a rich and creamy hot chocolate, as well as a variety of artisanal teas.
For those seeking a more substantial meal, the menu offers a range of delicious sandwiches (from $8.60) and vibrant salads (from $10.90) made with fresh and wholesome ingredients. PAUL Le Café also caters to a wide range of dietary preferences, with vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free options thoughtfully-integrated into its menu. The café is committed to ensuring that there is something for everyone.
