Tucked away in Lavender, Partage Patisserie is a quiet gem for lovers of refined tarts and elegant French pastries. What may appear like a sudden newcomer is, in fact, the next chapter of a Pasir Ris home business by pastry chef Terence Lin—also the name behind Buttercube SG. The minimalist patisserie reflects Terence’s understated approach, letting craftsmanship and flavour take centre stage.
Terence’s credentials extend well beyond the pastry counter. He was part of the team that clinched the Global Pastry Chef Champion title at the Worldchefs Global Chefs Challenge 2022 in Abu Dhabi, and that level of precision is evident in every creation at Partage. The focused menu features beautifully composed petit gâteaux and tarts such as Mango Jasmine, Matcha Blossom, Coffee, and Rocher—each thoughtfully layered to balance texture, aroma, and sweetness without excess.
Fans of Buttercube will also recognise familiar favourites like the plain croissant and pain au chocolat, baked fresh and served alongside coffee made with beans sourced from a local roastery. While the selection is intentionally tight, it feels complete, offering just enough variety to showcase Terence’s technical finesse and flavour sensibility. Partage Patisserie may be small in size, but it delivers with quiet confidence and meticulous attention to detail.
