Petites Ventures, the hospitality group behind the celebrated Foxtail and Juice, has teamed up with Chef Petrina Loh of Morsels to bring us NOU—a trendy new noodle and cocktail bar in Tanjong Pagar. The space, illuminated by neon lights and adorned with art by Singaporean artist Hor Kwok Kin, pays tribute to local culture and offers a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere.

NOU’s menu showcases Chef Loh’s innovative take on traditional flavors, featuring soulful noodle mains and inventive appetizers. Known for her expertise in marinades, umami, and fermentation techniques, Chef Loh adds depth and unique aromas to classic dishes. Highlights include the Nou Umami Noodles with Koji Tomato Fermented Hot Sauce, the crowd-favorite Chicken Mazemen, and the aromatic Tom Saap with Lacto-ferment Yuzu Green Chilli.

Leading NOU’s cocktail narrative are Cheryl Tng, Co-Founder of Petites Ventures, and Bernardine Chan, Head Bartender (formerly of Underdog Inn and Neon Pigeon). The cocktail menu focuses on martinis, featuring drinks like the Tomato Tomato, which uses savoury tomato brine from Nou’s house hot sauce for a twist on the classic dirty martini. NOU offers elevated noodle dishes and innovative cocktails, making it the new cool spot on Craig Road. The intimate, warmly lit space invites diners to relax at the bar or at one of the elegant tables, setting the perfect tone for a delightful dining experience.
