Officially launching in May, Nook is a new three-floor restaurant and bar on Craig Road. On the first floor, you can indulge in modern European dishes with Asian accents crafted by head chef Koh Han Jie. Highlights include the kinmedai Alfonso, a textural delight with crispy scales and caviar beurre blanc sauce, as well as mains like the Aquina organic chicken and the Spanish octopus leg.
Ascend to the second floor for the bar experience at Nowhere, where you can relax on unique mismatched furniture with a cocktail in hand. For added fun, the third-floor Members Lounge offers an intimate space with stylish decor and a virtual reality golf course.
Nook is more than just a dining destination; it could easily double as a contemporary art gallery. The space combines a gritty, industrial aesthetic with thrifted vintage furniture and artwork by the brand’s in-house artist. On the first floor, enjoy modern European and Asian-inspired dishes like heirloom tomatoes and burrata with tarragon sorbet and quinoa puffs for texture. The Aquina organic chicken served with Koshihikari rice is a unique take on chicken rice, featuring seven-day dry-aged chicken and rice topped with torched chicken cockscomb. The second floor houses the cocktail bar Nowhere, offering fresh concoctions like the Garden with Hendricks, apricot, elderflower, green apple, cucumber, mint, and lime, and the Chichi with vodka, watermelon, coconut, pineapple, and lime.
