Nonette, the cult Parisian sandwicherie-deli beloved for their bold, playful take on bánh mì and Asian-style French donuts, is returning to Singapore from 2 July to 4 October 2025 with a pop-up at RASA Space — a creative venue for music, art, culture and community in the heart of the CBD. The return marks a special moment tied to this year’s SG60 celebrations, in celebration of the nation’s heritage milestone this year.
Born in the lively heart of Paris’ 11th arrondissement, Nonette in Singapore is helmed by Singaporeans Pearlyn Lee and team (previously with Cédric Grolet, Alain Ducasse, Four Seasons Hotel George V). From bánh mì Parisiens to donuts and French-Asian pastries, Nonette is distinctly Parisian and unapologetically Asian: rooted in flavour she grew up with, with Paris street cred, doing things with care, humour, and serious flavours. Their bánh mì Parisien comes layered with housemade pâté and charcuterie (fait maison), tucked into a crusty, warm baguette. French pastry classics are reworked with a Southeast Asian edge — like tau suan “éclairs”, and their signature kaya cream donuts, lightly sprinkled with fleur de sel. Nothing is boring and safe, flavours are delicious without being cloying.
“This pop up at RASA Space is a way for us to bring a slice of Paris back to Singapore — not as something fancy or ‘elevated,’ but as something lived. We’ve spent the last few years building Nonette in the heart of the real Paris. Everything we’ve learned running Nonette in Paris, from the way people eat, to
how Parisians hang out, to the flavours — we’re bringing that energy into RASA Space. It’s casual, it’s fun, it’s full of flavour. And it’s our way of making space for the conversations that happen around good food, fun French natural wines, community and plenty of music in all its cross-cultural forms.” Pearlyn Lee, founder of Nonette.
Nonette at RASA Space
Nonette returns to Singapore after their wildly popular team-up with Tiong Bahru Bakery Fort Canning back in November 2022 — which sold out of its first hundred bánh mì within the hour. This time, Nonette sets up shop at RASA Space, a cultural venue in Republic Plaza led by nightlife veteran Kavan Spruyt. Known for its Southeast Asian edge, RASA Space brings together multi forms of creative interactions, apéro to late-night hangs, and now: great food with Nonette.
With a shared commitment to cultural storytelling as told by Singaporean locals through a global perspective, Nonette x RASA’s collaboration is an extension of this shared philosophy marrying music, a shared love for Southeast Asia, creativity and community.
The Menu
Nestled on the second floor of Republic Plaza within Singapore’s bustling Central Business District, Nonette at RASA Space offers the city crowd a chance to escape the weekly hustle and recentre their senses with French-style creations packed with bold Asian flavours that made Nonette a cult favourite.
The rotating menu features two signature bánh mì Parisien, sandwiched between golden-brown warmly toasted baguette loaves with tangy housemade pickles and fresh herbs: starring the classic Bánh Mì Jambon Beurre [$12] made with three succulent types of housemade charcuterie — char siu, Vietnamese mortadella and jambon — homemade pâté and French butter, and their famous Vietnamese Fried Chicken Bánh Mì [$12] with Southeast Asian-spiced fried chicken and housemade sriracha mayo.
Nonette’s donuts (or beignets as the French call it) with a Southeast Asian spin boast a uniquely rich and dense crumb with a springy bounce, available in rotating flavours such as the signature Kaya Donut [$4], topped with fleur de sel and Chilli Oil Chantilly Donut [$4] finished with a chilli oil glaze.
Graze on a selection of bite-sized snackable classic French desserts reimagined with beloved familiar flavours like the Tau Suan Éclair [$4], Black Sesame Éclair [$4] or a classic crowd favourite Chocolate Tart [$5]. The Singapore Sling Baba [$5], a tropical twist on the French classic baba au rhum inspired by Singapore’s iconic cocktail. It’s Nonette’s way of marking the lead-up to SG60. Starring juicy pineapple and zesty lime with a coriander crest for herbaceous brightness, this summery treat is topped with housemade Chantilly crème for that classic French touch. Each creation is a tribute to the culinary bridge between Paris and Singapore — a snackable, joyful celebration of the flavours that connect both cities.
In true Parisian spirit, Nonette at RASA space will also bring apéro hour to the CBD with a pour list featuring Opi d’aqui, a small-batch producer from Languedoc, France. Organic, biodynamic, and unfussy — the kind of bottles you’d find cracked open at 5pm in Paris bars. Choose the citrus-bright Orangeade or floral Poupoule, both easy-drinking and perfect alongside our house pâté, fried chicken with housemade sriracha, or French-Asian pastries.
For the full Nonette experience, enjoy our Apéro Box at $19++, available from 5pm to 8pm [Wed – Fri] & 8pm to 11pm [Sat].
Each box includes: 1 Bánh Mì, 1 Donut and 2 Éclairs
Nonette is located in RASA Space from 2 July to 4 October 2025.
