M&T (Monts & Terroirs) has arrived in Singapore as the city’s first bistro and boutique dedicated to French mountain cheeses. Located in Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar, this unique concept brings premium cheeses straight from the French Alps to the table. M&T is an initiative by Sodiaal, a renowned French dairy cooperative representing over 8,500 farms and 15,000 farmers across France.
The M&T bistro offers an all-day French dining experience, incorporating its signature cheeses into a carefully curated menu. Guests can indulge in cheese-sharing boards like the French Mountain 5 Cheeses Selection ($36), Cold Cuts Selection ($36), or a Mixed French Cheeses & Cold Cuts Board ($44), all served with a bread and butter basket. Helmed by Chef Nicolas Drouglazet, who brings 24 years of global culinary experience, the menu features highlights such as the grass-fed Angus beef burger with Comté ($26), Croque Monsieur ($18, lunch only), and Le Cordon Bleu Maison ($34, dinner only).
Beyond dining, the M&T boutique allows cheese lovers to take home authentic French cheeses and gourmet essentials. The store specializes in three signature varieties: Comté, including aged versions made from summer milk in Jura; Ossau-Iraty, a sheep’s milk cheese from Béarn and Basque; and Fourme d’Ambert, a cylindrical blue cheese from Auvergne with earthy, mushroomy notes. Whether dining in or shopping for artisanal cheeses, M&T offers an authentic taste of the French Alps in the heart of Singapore.
