The Roasted Duck with Chinese Herbs are tender and juicy. Unlike most roasted herbal ducks, the bird itself is infused and oozes a savoury herbal dang gui aroma. Meng Meng’s duck didn’t have an overpowering duck scent, only natural sweetness that could be enjoyed by adults and children alike. For the Singapore outlets, we will be launching Roasted Irish Duck which will further enrich the flavor of the bird.
