On the menu, signatures like the Salt Beef Sanga pack in slow-cooked salt beef, melted Emmental cheese, mustard, and mesclun between soft, toasted focaccia, while the Ocean Melt stars crispy breaded pollock with housemade tartar sauce and greens.
