Founder and Executive baker of Lunar Rabbit Boulangerie, Elaine give up the corporate world to pursue her passion in baking. Trying to catch up on lost time, she travelled to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Tokyo where she spent months over there perfecting French baking at its finest. With recommendations from her baking mentors, she further her skills in a Japanese french bakery thereby putting her skills to the test. Fast forward to the present day where she has her own bakery to present her painstakingly acquired craft of trying to achieve the perfect Croissant.
