L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro has opened a new home, bringing its Parisian charm to River Valley. Known for its classic one-main-course concept, the bistro continues its signature experience with trimmed entrecôte steak, endless golden fries and its famed secret sauce, now served in a refreshed neighbourhood setting.
The River Valley outlet blends warm French-bistro touches with the brand’s long-standing traditions, including its 15-year ritual of popping champagne with the team before first service. Guests can expect the same comforting favourites that built the bistro’s loyal following since its early days in Duxton Hill.
Founded in 2010 by Olivier Bendel under Deliciae Hospitality Management, L’Entrecôte has grown from a single Paris-inspired eatery into one of Singapore’s notable European dining concepts. The new River Valley location marks the latest chapter in its evolution, offering a familiar menu in a stylish new space.
