While some of Claudine’s signature dishes make an appearance, such as the beloved French roasted half chicken now served in a cocotte over Niigata rice and garnished with crispy chicken skin, La Terrace also introduces a fresh lineup of exclusive dishes. These offerings evoke the essence of a summer escape to the south of France, perfect for those seeking something new.
The menu opens with vibrant starters like Normandy oysters accompanied by mignonette, shio kombu, and lemon; shrimp toast layered with curry, sucrine, and pickled nashi pear; and octopus served with romesco, lemon salsa, and herb salad. Each dish reflects a thoughtful approach to flavour and presentation, designed to spark conversation and celebration.
