Now open at Changi City Point (#01-K8), Kyo Komachi introduces a comforting and modern expression of Japanese dining. Specialising in wide, silky Himokawa Udon — a handmade noodle crafted using premium Japanese flour — the restaurant offers bowls that are both traditional in technique and bold in flavour. Diners can explore favourites such as the creamy White Curry Udon, richly layered Fusion Maze Udon, and the signature Himokawa Udon served with customisable dipping sauces.
True to its Japanese roots, Kyo Komachi’s dishes are pork-free and lard-free, with all wheat flour imported directly from Japan. The noodles are made fresh in-house, offering an authentic texture that stands out in every bite. The menu reflects regional udon styles from across Japan, reimagined with a creative twist that makes each visit a unique experience.
